2. 14-Day Return Window You must report the defect and initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the defect upon receipt.
4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If verified as defective, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
